Janmashtami marks the celebration of the birth of Lord Krishna. It is a popular festival among Indians, celebrated with great excitement throughout the country. However, the ways of celebrating Janmashtami differ across the nation. In Monto Shine house of children , we celebrated janmashtami with little children in this way.

In any Montessori, August 31st annually is almost a sacred day as it is Dr. Maria Montessori's birth date. Monto shine House of children too it is celebrated with joy and fervor.

We in Montoshine house of children , we celebrated Onam festival to make our children aware of this famous festival of Kerala, there was a Homeroom discussion on Onam. With an aim to enhance their aesthetic sense and fine motor skills, children decorated the 'Pookalam' (flower rangoli) in the Circle of Love and outside.
