Veena C S Founder Director of Kala Samapda has evolved a holistic method to nature, preserve and promote one of the oldest Indian Classical dance Bharathanatyam Her approach encompasses training students in Dance - both practical and theory, along with Carnatic Vocal, Yoga, spoken Sanskrit and Bhagavad Geeta which enshrines Indian philosophy with spiritual essence.

The recent Gnana Vani - work shop series by Smt. Vani Ramesh at Kala Sampada saw hues and colours of Pandanallur Style. The Navarasa of goddess Lalitha and kriti on Lord Ganesha were two beautiful old choreographic s that was imparted.The nuances and difference in abhinaya with respect to other Baani's was discussed and shared. Thank you Smt. Vani Ramesh for making the event so special and memorable. Your presence in Kala Samapda will stay long cherished by all of us.

Very Happy to share few moments from the 4th Gnana Vani Series organised by Kala Sampada on Sangeetha- A lecture demonstration programme. The gita, vadya and nritya interactive session by Anjana P Rao (vocal), T G Ramachandra (Mrudangam) and myself Veena C S (Bharathanatyam) gave perspective approach to enhance the creative skills of students towards their respective art form.
Kala Sampada presents Kala Utsava-2015 - Annual music and dance festival at Kalagrama on 19th April. Please do come for the show.

One week after our Sringeri show ,Kalasamapda kendra performes at the prestigious "Alvas Nudisiri" -2014 on 14th November, 6 pm at the Haridasa Bhatt stage. A National Dance and Music festival at Moodibidre-Southcanara, Karnataka. Overwhelmed with response and trilled with the success of our production!!

An initiative taken by our yoga team to celebrate Deepavali in this unique manner. Beautiful floral flower deco with diyas. A intimate gathering with Pooja; Bhajan and off course variety of sweets. May the light of gyana take away the dark ignorance with in us. "Happy Deepavali"
