Job Summary
The incumbent will be fully responsible for all aspects of the college's functioning including the academic leadership and oversight of administrative, financial and business functioning. He /She will report directly to the Management.

Light teaching load
Administration and Financial oversight
Marketing and admissions oversight
Liaison with Bangalore University and Karnataka PU Board
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Master's degree, M.Phil with B.Ed/M.Ed (PhD preferred) with a minimum of at least 3 years experience as Principal or Vice Principal in Pu/Degree college. He /She should be fully conversant with Bangalore University and Karnataka PU Board functioning and processes.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be aware of the latest market trends with respect to admissions and team management.
