With over a decade of experience in teacher training, I specialize in equipping educators with innovative, research-based strategies to create engaging and impactful classroom This qualification has equipped her with a diverse range of teaching, learning, assessment, and behaviour management strategies, enabling her to
significantly enhance the progress of both students and educators. She has furthered her expertise with certificate courses in Student Counselling and Classroom Material Development from Banjara Academy and the American TESOL Institute. Additionally, she is a certified Abacus trainer and a certified teacher developer for the Royal Society of Chemistry. Through the Yusuf Hameid Inspirational Science Program, Karima has led 296 workshops and trained over 10,000 teachers nationwide, earning her the Best Teacher Developer Award. She has had the opportunity to conduct workshops at prestigious institutions such as IIIM CSIR Kashmir, RIE Ajmer, CEECRI Kovaipudur, CDRI Lucknow, and CCMB Hyderabad. Her passion for learning drives her continuous professional development, as evidenced by her certifications in Handwriting Analysis, Career Counselling, and IELTS training. She has been associated with AMP for the past year and a half with a vision of reaching out to maximum number of teachers of the community. Under this banner she has trained over 1200 teachers from Gulbarga, Yadgir, Lucknow and Kanpur. As a coach and mentor, Karima has provided additional tutoring for students in grades 1 through 10 who require extra assistance. She has also organized numerous remedial classes and workshops for teachers on active teaching strategies and group dynamics in various schools. Her work includes soft skills training for students, and she has served as an Academic Advisor and Student Counsellor for the Chaitanya Education Trust, which operates a school for underprivileged children. She strongly believes that effective teaching begins with a solid lesson plan and has trained many teachers in creating and delivering engaging and motivating lessons. She has developed Science content for the Vidvaamsh group of Institutions and conducted workshops on career guidance and study skills for students from various schools. Karima has facilitated numerous teacher workshops on classroom management, the Theory of Multiple Intelligences, Bloom's Taxonomy, life skills, leadership skills, creative and remedial teaching techniques, learning styles, Differentiated Instruction, and Project-Based Learning. Her expertise lies in helping teachers adopt innovative methods for teaching Science, Math, and English.
