The Grade X students of Ryan International School, Yelahanka participated in the Teen Camp organized by the Ryan Group of Institutions, held from 27th April to 1st May. The Teen Camp is designed as a vibrant platform for experiential learning—blending cultural exposure, creativity, teamwork, and confidence-building beyond the classroom. This year’s camp, held in Daman and Mumbai, offered students a rich mix of activities, performances, and life experiences that contributed meaningfully to their holistic development.

The Summer Camp at Ryan International School (ICSE) for students of Grades 1 to 8 was a vibrant and enriching experience, filled with creativity, learning, and fun. The camp provided a wonderful platform for students to explore their interests, develop new skills, and make the most of their vacation in a productive manner.
A wide variety of activities were thoughtfully planned to cater to different talents and interests. Students enthusiastically participated in dance sessions, showcasing their energy and rhythm, while the art classes allowed them to express their imagination through colors and creativity. The swimming sessions were refreshing and helped students build confidence and physical fitness.
Sports activities like badminton and chess encouraged both physical agility and strategic thinking. The music segment included vocals, drums, and keyboard, where students explored their musical abilities and gained exposure to different instruments and techniques. Handwriting sessions focused on improving neatness, presentation, and fine motor skills.
The camp not only enhanced students’ talents but also helped in boosting their confidence, teamwork, and overall personality development. It was a joyful learning experience where students actively engaged, interacted, and created lasting memories.

On 10th April, 2026 an interactive session was conducted with Ms. Vaishnavi Tarone, an alumni of St. Xavier School (Ryan Group). She reflected warmly on her foundational years at this school before detailing her transition into engineering, specifically her studies in Electrical Communication at an autonomous college in Kanpur after gaining a few years of academic and professional experience in Pune.
Ms. Tarone felt she had reached a professional plateau and sought a new challenge, leading her to pursue advanced opportunities in the European automotive sector.
The session concluded with an insightful Q&A session where Ms. Tarone compared the academic structures of German public and private universities and discussed the nuances of German work culture. She provided practical guidance for students looking to move abroad, emphasizing the importance of research-led education and strategic networking. During her time there, she dedicated herself to specialized research, which served as a strong bridge to her current role as an engineer at Mercedes-Benz. Her story provided a clear roadmap for aspiring technicians from Indian engineering programs to global industry leaders.

The Parents’ Orientation Programme for the academic session 2026–27 was successfully conducted at Ryan International School Yelahanka ICSE on 11th April, 2026.
The session aimed to warmly welcome parents, familiarize them with the school’s vision, and build a strong partnership for the holistic development of students.
The programme commenced with a cordial welcome address, setting a positive and engaging tone for the session. Parents were introduced to the school’s philosophy of nurturing young minds through a balanced approach of academics, co-curricular activities, and value-based education.
The orientation highlighted the unique academic framework followed at Ryan, including innovative programs such as the BBN (Beyond Books and Boundaries) and YJ (Young Journals) courses. These initiatives focus on experiential learning, critical thinking, and preparing students to become confident global citizens.
Parents were also briefed about the Ryan Alumni Network, showcasing inspiring success stories of top achievers. This segment emphasized how the institution consistently nurtures students to evolve into future leaders and responsible individuals.

Ryan International School,Yelahanka hosted an engaging and insightful session on student mental well-being on 10th April 2025, led by Sairam Natarajan, a passionate proponent of mental health, inclusion, diversity, and ethical practices, and a noted speaker who has delivered TEDx talks.

The session began with a dynamic workshop for teachers, focusing on identifying emotional stress signals in students and strengthening classroom response strategies. This was followed by meaningful teacher discussions on real classroom experiences, stress points, and existing well-being practices.

The session concluded with a strategic leadership discussion, focusing on strengthening institutional well-being systems, safeguarding practices, and building a supportive school culture.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our Director Dr. Snehal Pinto and the management for organizing such a thoughtful and impactful initiative that truly prioritizes the holistic well-being of every learner.

The Closing Assembly of the academic year 2025–26 at Ryan International School Yelahanka was a graceful and heartfelt occasion, beautifully conducted by the School Council members.
The assembly began on a serene note with the school heads invoking God’s presence through the Lord’s Prayer and a scripture reading. This was followed by a special prayer and an examination prayer led by the students, seeking wisdom and confidence for their final examination.
The executive members of the School Council then took the stage to express their sincere appreciation. With heartfelt words, they extended their gratitude to the teaching staff for their constant guidance and dedication, and to the non-teaching staff for their unwavering support behind the scenes. They also acknowledged the invaluable contributions of the school security, bus drivers, bus attendants, floor attendants, housekeeping staff, and maintenance team, whose daily efforts ensure the smooth and safe functioning of the school.
The council further thanked the administrative team, coordinators, and school leadership for their vision and encouragement throughout the year. A special note of appreciation was given to fellow students for their enthusiasm, cooperation, and the vibrant spirit they brought into every classroom and school event.
The Principal then addressed the gathering, sharing thoughtful words with the students. She encouraged them to utilise their time wisely during the holidays, explore new skills, and continue learning beyond the classroom. She also reminded them to spend quality time with their families and grandparents, cherishing these meaningful moments. She concluded by wishing all the students a joyful and refreshing holiday.
The assembly came to a thoughtful close, marking not just the end of the academic year and the final examination, but the beginning of a well-deserved break. As students step into their holidays, they carry with them memories, lessons, and experiences that will shape their journey ahead. As beautifully said, “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” May this holiday continue to spark curiosity, joy, and meaningful learning beyond the classroom.

Mst. Aarav Tyagi of Grade 6 and Mst. Daksh Singh of Grade 3 achieved this remarkable feat with their outstanding performance, reflecting strong conceptual understanding and a keen interest in technology.
