I’m Abhishek Kumar from a small town, Bokaro, and my SSC journey began in 2023. In my second attempt, I finally cleared SSC CGL 2025 and secured the post of Office Superintendent. Honestly, it still feels surreal.

My first attempt in 2024 wasn’t easy. I cleared prelims, but after getting selected in SAIL, managing time for mains became tough. There were moments when things felt uncertain, but I didn’t stop. I kept going and kept showing up, especially through regular mocks on Oliveboard, and that consistency made all the difference.

Mocks became my biggest teacher. After every test, I would sit down and analyze my mistakes, especially in Quant. I tried solving questions on my own first. I’m Priyam Sharma, a B.Tech graduate from Durgapur, West Bengal, currently working in the Indian Railways, and I’ve cleared SSC CGL in my second attempt. I began my preparation in 2024, and like many aspirants, I was figuring things out along the way. What really helped me was keeping my approach simple and staying consistent every single day.

I followed online teachers and made notes in a way that I wouldn’t need to revisit lectures again. After completing each chapter, I focused heavily on practice because that is what truly builds confidence.
For Quants and Reasoning, regular practice was the backbone of my preparation.
In English, I made it a habit to work on vocabulary, read the newspaper daily, and practice grammar consistently.
For General Awareness, I kept things simple and stuck to standard resources. Even dedicating just one focused hour daily made a big difference over time.

One thing I can say honestly is that played a huge role in my journey. Their mock tests are slightly tougher than the actual exam, but that is exactly what prepares you for the real challenge. They always felt one step ahead, and that pushed me to improve continuously. The quality of mocks helped me identify my weak areas and work on them effectively.

If I have to give one piece of advice, it is this, practice daily and stay patient. Give yourself one to two years of honest effort and you will definitely see results. Also, a small message to mentors and platforms, always treat aspirants with empathy and support, because this journey can be tough and a little guidance goes a long way.

Stay consistent, trust your efforts, and your hard work will pay off.
