In 2019, Ramagondanahalli Government High School became our first partner community school.
We thought we were there to help. What we didn’t expect was how much they would teach us.
About resilience. About showing up to learn, no matter what.

We have been witness to the joy a community finds when opportunity finally reaches it.

We have watched students return to school after the pandemic, determined not to lose what they’d fought for. We watched them write, direct, and perform a production entirely their own. And we watched the Karnataka government take notice and decide to provide free power to schools across the state, moved by what they saw happening at .

Today, we’ve adopted three more community schools because RGHalli showed us what is possible when you invest in a community’s belief in itself.

Being named among T4 Education’s Top 10 World’s Best Schools for Community Collaboration list strengthens our commitment to pay it forward, again and again, so more students can thrive.

How do you build leadership that lasts?
Four days. Two programs. One underlining question.

From ECIS, the Educational Collaborative for International Schools, Kam Chohan, Helen Morgan and Dr Rebecca Tickell, spent time with us in Bengaluru, working across two tracks.

Excellence in Middle Leadership. Two days dedicated to our middle leaders, the brave people who translate vision into daily reality, leading teams while being led, managing upward and downward at once, holding the hard conversations that come with the territory.

The last two days “Leading Inventure 3.0”, were built for our senior team. The Executive, Campus, Innovation and Growth Leadership Council who are building an enduring institution, driving entrepreneurial growth, and defining the beliefs that guide their leadership.

Our Managing Founder Trustee & CEO, Nooraine Fazal, leaned in throughout, reminding us that a team built on shared purpose isn’t something you arrive at, it is something you keep building, together.

Outside the classroom, our educators are learners too. And when you’re shaping a child’s future, the standard for your own growth has to match it.

Thank you Kam Chohan, Helen Morgan, and Dr Rebecca for four days of real, rigorous, generous learning.

And to our professional development team who’s mission it is to serve our students in the best possible, by taking care of our growth and sharpening our skills.

When we learned that Inventure has been recognized by T4 Education as one of the Top 10 Best Schools in the world for Community Collaboration, there was only one place we wanted to share that news first: RGHalli, our first partner community school, where this entire journey began.

We adopted RGHalli in 2019. Since then, we’ve watched something remarkable unfold. This is a community where, for many children, education isn’t just schooling, it is the single biggest opportunity to change the trajectory of their family’s story. And they have met that opportunity with extraordinary courage.

They’ve thrown themselves into the Inventure Changemaker Challenge year on year, designing real solutions to real problems. One group brought 60 children back to school after the pandemic. Their academic excellence helped inspire the Government of Karnataka’s decision to make electricity and drinking water free for all schools in the state.

They also watched Inventure Academy’s annual production, the way we’ve always used the stage to carry messages that matter and realised they can do that too.
So they did!
They wrote and performed their own production, giving voice to the challenges faced by the waste-picking community many of their friends belong to. That takes a kind of courage that can’t be taught.

We’ve always believed Inventure exists to give students choice and voice, and to use our privilege to do better and be better. RGHalli has shown us, again and again, what that belief looks like when it’s handed to a community and they run with it.

So yes, we’re celebrating. This recognition is well earned, by every child, teacher, and family in that ecosystem. But we’re not resting. There’s so much more to build together.

Finale at IIT Gandhinagar, watching ten student teams present prototypes that were whiteboard sketches just six weeks ago.
Some with real potential for a provisional patent.

It was a good reminder of something we believe deeply at Inventure: as India builds toward a $30 trillion economy and a real manufacturing identity, that future isn't going to be built by people who wait to be told what to do.
It's going to be built by people who've already spent time failing, rebuilding, and standing behind something they made with their own hands.

That's the culture we try to build on all Inventure campuses, long before students get anywhere near a jury.

Our Makerspaces are where classroom concepts stop being theoretical. Students tinker, test, and often fail their way to understanding something properly.

Our Changemaker Challenge pushes students to find problems in the world around them, ones that actually affect them, and design solutions instead of just discussing them.

And our Inventurepreneurship program, our signature offering, is where students experience real ownership. Ambiguity, critical thinking, the discomfort of a first prototype not working. And then working collaboratively to find a solution.

Underneath all of it is something we care about as much as the making itself, giving students genuine choice and voice, and a real stake in civil society, not just a seat in it.

Seeing Maker Bhavan Foundation's students defend their work today was a strong signal that this way of learning isn't a nice-to-have. It's the actual pipeline for the engineers and builders India needs next.

We know Nooraine was proud to have been in the room for it.

Some moments are best celebrated where the journey began.

We took the announcement of our recognition as one of the World’s Top 10 Schools for Community Collaboration by T4 Education, back to Ramagondanahalli Government High School, our first partner community school.

The work we began here inspired us to build partnerships with three more government schools, strengthening our shared belief in the power of collaboration to create meaningful change.

The celebration was filled with joy, pride, and gratitude.

To the educators, students, our partner schools, and every individual who has walked this journey with us, we thank you for your trust, commitment, and belief. This recognition belongs to all of us, and it renews our resolve to continue building opportunities, together.

In many ways, their enthusiasm encouraged us to deepen this work and extend it to more schools.

We remain committed to our mandate, that of ensuring that every child has access to quality education and the opportunity to thrive.

Recognition such as this is encouraging, but the real reward lies in the transformation we witness every day.
