Career counselling is a process that takes you through a series of experiences to help you make the right decisions considering core components like your interests, family values, culture, abilities and personality. It involves gaining new knowledge about yourself which ultimately, positively affects your decisions related to career. It etches out a roadmap for individuals to follow for a suitable career growth. Children often communicate with their behaviours and actions rather than words. If your child is displaying some or most of the signs above, chances are that they need you to step in and support them. It is extremely important that a parent catches these signs early on, and does not over-react or judge the child, but instead shows empathy and support.
