Youth for Change: Empower • Educate • Engage

On November 5th, our MBA students from UIBS stepped beyond the classroom to create real community impact at Shree Veerabhadra Swamy High School, Dodda Gubbi.

Through skits, games, and inspiring talks, they raised awareness on digital media, education, and health — sparking conversations that matter.

Led by Dr. Santhosh Kumar V and supported by Mrs. Rajeshwari Zephaniah, this outreach reflected the true spirit of UIBS — where learning meets responsibility.

MBA students at UIBS engaged with industry leaders and HR professionals, presenting insights from real-world human capital practices.

Dr. Harish, Professor at NMIT (Deemed to be University), served as the expert panelist, offering valuable feedback on students’ analytical thinking, communication, and key learnings.

Voices of Women Entrepreneurs – Inspiring the Next Generation

We are delighted to share highlights from our recent talk series, “Voices of Women Entrepreneurs – Inspiring the Next Generation,” organized by MBA students Bindushree J R, Hemalata, and Sanghavi M of the Department of MBA, United International Business School (UIBS), Bengaluru, in collaboration with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and AICTE.

Held on 8th October 2025, the event brought together four remarkable women entrepreneurs who shared their real-life journeys, insights, and lessons in leadership, resilience, and purpose:

On 26th Sept, the YUVA unit of UIBS led the Swachhata Hi Sewa 2025 campaign at Doddagubbi Village — uniting 150+ student volunteers and 15 faculty members in a powerful drive for cleanliness, awareness, and sustainability.

From spreading awareness on waste management, to planting 100+ saplings, to restoring village roads — every step reflected our commitment to a cleaner, greener tomorrow.

The day ended with a community lunch and a pledge to carry this mission forward. Together, we’re shaping a future where responsibility meets impact.

Learning Beyond Classrooms at UIBS

As part of the Family Business Management and Legal Framework subject, our MBA students recently undertook a Mini Project titled:
“Strategic and Generational Roadmap for a Family Business: An Integrated Diagnostic Study.”

By collaborating with real family-run businesses across India, students gained first-hand insights into:

Business dynamics and long-term strategy

Governance practices and succession planning

Legal frameworks and compliance

The evolving role of women in leadership and inclusivity

This hands-on experience not only strengthened their analytical and research skills but also prepared them to think critically and strategically about the opportunities and challenges of managing multi-generational enterprises.
