All confessions will be hereby considered anecdotal, and it is left up to the user to choose to believe in the veracity of the posts and comments. However, any complaint of defamation will be taken seriously, and promptly ignored after a vote by the contributors to decide if alleged 'victim' had a good reputation to begin with, as you cannot defame an individual who is already despised by society. Contributors are advised to MAINTAIN ANONYMITY, and REFRAIN from levelling any kind of accusations against the institution or its members without substantial proof. Contributors are advised AGAINST using the names of University officials and faculty members when posting confessions that may seem 'controversial' in nature. This is in lieu of:

a) Our extraordinarily low standards of social tolerance of free speech and criticism
b) The hypocrisy of various Indian faculties that harp about liberalism, but shy away from it when it is them under the microscope
c) Constitutional restrictions on Freedom of Speech and Expression that politically, financially and socially influential organizations, public and private, take undue advantage of with the help of the local thugs in uniforms
d) People who have money, and may or may not send other people with guns to your home
e) Complete lack of humor on the part of those who take their lives too seriously
f) Killjoys. Killjoys everywhere...

To reiterate, the nature of this site may or may not be fictional, but is definitely comedic. This group may or may not represent any person living, dead or stuck in limbo, and unless an individual can provide substantial proof that they are the person being maligned on the site, tantrums will not be taken seriously. It does not intend to hurt the feelings of any institutions (religious, educational, etc.), establishments or individuals, and any similarity are purely coincidental.
