Job Description:
We are searching for a caller to boost the sales by reaching out to current and possible clients. The caller will be required to obtain lists of individual information and to source data for the additional members of the target audience. Expected to take down important notes during conversations to facilitate follow-ups .To be successful as a telecaller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to register themselves with our offerings.
Responsibilities:
Obtaining and updating the lists of individual’s contact details.
Calling active and budding clients to encourage and register with us to avail our services.
Noting Important details of each conversation.
Attending regular team meetings to clarify the progress and performance related expectations.
Caller Requirements:
Graduation or equivalent
Priorly experience working as a telecaller or in a similar role is a plus
Having done a sales-related training program is a plus
Knowledgeable with computers
Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse viewpoints
Ability to change the communication style on unusual events
Excellent interpersonal and record-keeping skills
Efficient with English, Hindi, Kannada and Telugu.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
