NTTF is a Premier Technical Institution Started in 1959 (a not for profit organisation), PAN India. NTTF provides 6 core technical Diploma (tool and die making, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer engineering and cloud, Information technology), Post Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma and Postgraduate programs. NTTF works closely with industries and offer a unique program called "Learn and Earn". A

lso, lot of companies utilising as part of CSR programmes leverage NTTF’s skill building expertise. We also offer hands on skill development as part of government programmes in 50 trades. All our NTTF core programs are employability focussed and highly industry aligned curriculums. NTTF is governed by a Board consisting of leading industrialists. Presently stewardship of the Board is with Mr. Ramanujam, Chairman, Brakes India Ltd and Dr. N. Reguraj, Managing Director, NTTF. All NTTF programs and related curriculum are updated and revamped under a team of eminent personalities representing academia and industry. Currently the Academic Council is headed by Mr. Foundation activities are managed by Leadership Team of Dr. N. Reguraj, Managing Director, NTTF, Mr. R Rajagopalan Joint Managing Director, Mr. B V Sudharshan, Deputy managing director, Mr. Christopher K Raj Director, Mr. N Arulselvan, Member Advisory Council, Mr. K Venugopal, Member Advisory Council. NTTF was established in the year 1963 the living symbol of Indo Swiss co-operation; aimed at promoting purposeful Technical Education for the youth of India. The seed was put in place at Thalassery (Kerala), in the year 1959. In its mission, the Foundation was actively supported with generous assistance from the Government of Switzerland, HEKS (a Swiss NGO), and Swiss Development Co-operation (a development agency in Switzerland). We were honored to welcome Shri H. Manoj, Chief General Manager, NABARD, to NTTF Vellore Training Centre (VTC) for an insightful visit that highlighted our commitment to industry-oriented skill development, technical excellence, and empowering youth through hands-on learning.

During the visit, Shri H. Manoj toured our advanced training workshops, laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and student project areas, where he interacted with faculty members and students. Our trainees showcased their innovative projects, prototypes, and practical competencies, demonstrating the impact of experiential learning and industry-focused training. He encouraged students to continuously enhance their skills, embrace innovation, and pursue entrepreneurship with confidence.

NTTF Electronic City Centre (NEC) proudly inaugurated the NuWare Learning Lab, sponsored by Rotary Bangalore Indiranagar and NuWare Systems, marking another milestone in industry-integrated technical education.

The state-of-the-art IT infrastructure lab provides students with hands-on exposure to routers, switches, LAN & WAN networking, network traffic management, firewalls, and other essential networking technologies. Designed to simulate real-world industry environments, the lab will equip learners with practical, job-ready skills that bridge the gap between classroom learning and industry expectations.

NTTF continues to strengthen industry-academia collaboration by creating advanced learning environments that foster experiential education and technical excellence. Students of 2nd Year and 3rd Year Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering and Smart Factory (CP15) from NTTF Murbad Training Centre (MNTC) embarked on an enriching industrial visit to Automation Expo 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai.

As one of Asia's largest automation exhibitions, the expo offered students firsthand exposure to the latest innovations in industrial automation, robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), smart manufacturing, motion control, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
