We are delighted to be recognised at IBA’s 21st Annual Banking Technology Conference and Citations 2024–25, held on January 9, 2026, at Trident, Nariman Point, Mumbai, for our consistent performance in banking technology and digital innovation during April 2024 – March 2025.

IDBI Bank Limited was conferred with the following esteemed IBA awards under Public Sector and Private Sector Banks - Medium Category:
* Best Technology Bank of the Year – Runner-up
* Best Fintech & DPI Adoption – Runner-up

These awards were presented by Shri T Rabi Sankar, Deputy Governor, Reserve Bank of India; Dr Deepak B. Phatak, Professor Emeritus, IIT Mumbai; and Shri Atul Kumar Goyal, Chief Executive, IBA, acknowledging our unwavering focus on innovation, excellence, and building future-ready banking solutions.

Moody's upgrades IDBI Bank rating on improved solvency Moody's also revised outlook on the bank to positive, saying given the high amount of non-performing loan (NPL) recognition already done, we expect the NPL formation rate to significantly decline.

When most of Indians has a doubt whether IDBI is a Govt owned Bank,
Every IDBI MSB student has a doubt that "whether IDBI gets privitised".

Now all doubts cleared.

Our Bank stake sale is completed yesterday and LIC is majority shareholder now.
