Transformations are hard work over a short period of time but many a time that's all they survive - a shot period of time! When you make the change and are able to maintain it well that's the true challenge! Sudeepa Ghosh Majumdar did just that! From a person who hardly worked out to a dedicated fitness enthusiast! That's her transformation! When she began her journey she wasn't worried about weight loss. She came, enjoyed her workouts and stayed and the results show! I've heard her grumble and whine on days she misses it and from unable to get through 20 min of class to doing at time a couple of hours of workout, well you know she loves her fitness journey and that's what it's become for her, a lifestyle change! All I've ever harped on anyone is be consistent, have fun and everything will just fall in place!

Maybe one the of hardest and also the most exciting statuses to put but I guess no time like the present as they say!
The day has finally arrived when I have to say goodbye to the physical presence of Hyper Monkey Fitness! For more than 5 years it has run successfully, and I am glad to have created one of the first group class only based fitness centres in India which worked effectively in getting people fitter, happier and definitely more hyper! I had the pleasure of meeting and training a wonderful bunch of people, got to be part of so much chaos and fun, had a fantastic bunch of trainers, one couldn’t have asked for more! Of course, the journey wasn’t all rosy, but it truly brought a whole new perspective and so many adventures and learnings with it! Even though Hyper Monkey Fitness (the physical space) has closed for the time being, the spirit lives on and as long as I am around, anywhere I train or teach, you will always be able to call and be part of Hyper Monkey! Presently Hyper Monkey will shift towards a more online presence. Hopefully exciting and crazier adventures shall follow, and I am looking forward to you all joining me. For the time being I am taking classes at Rapid Sport Fitness - RSF, One on One sessions and coaching another new workout on the weekends Cardio Tennis India! For more updates on anything fitness you can continue to follow this page and on insta !

Grunt, cry, sweat, bleed, find your limit, aim for it, push it, enjoy that moment and truly savour it! And quitting will be the last thing from your mind! Yes you'll have bad days but the great days will outshine them! Workout hard, have fun and keep smiling!!

We decided to take all our training and put it to some good use through farming at ! There was tilling, sowing , digging and plenty of laughter through all the sweat and dirt! What a great time we had - getting down and dirty and then being rewarded with a yummy meal made with freshly grown veggies! All the hard work really paid off!

Technique is everything! Quality over quantity- you may have heard this cliché a million times but without quality technique, high reps will make a very miniscule difference to you in the long run and you could very well set yourself up for injury! Always remember, for improvement, your technique should be such that no matter how tired you are you are still performing it right! Focus on your technique first and then quantity/reps will just follow and you save yourself from a world of injury! So always listen out and REMEMBER those important instructions given by the coach as they could make all the difference in making your workout amazing and take you to the next level!

Perks of being in a group class, you get to be part of a community of like minded people! Perks of being in our classes, you WORKOUT hard, meet new people, make friends, get pushed to your limits, return the favour, have a bunch of like minded fun people grow stronger and better with you everyday, always kept motivated, try out tricks you never thought you could, phew well there's more but words can only say so much! Come get with us!

At the end of a session, we leave you with a big smile and get you ADDICTED TO SWEAT! Because that's the kind of people we are- give you super fun, hardcore, intense and sweaty workouts and always leave you with a big smile on your face!
