Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Female Personal Assistant to the Director for our Baroda based Company. You will be the one to organize and maintain the executive's schedule and assist Director by performing a variety of administrative tasks.

Role

*Handling and responding to all correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and letters
*Scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries
*Setting reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks
*Making travel and hotel arrangements
*Planning conferences, workshops, seminars, and other events
*Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes, and subsequently distributing them to all participants
*Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
*Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
