Evolve-from within

Our Evolve camp is an experiential learning training workshop that involves engaging individuals in outdoor team activities focusing on team-building exercises and developing leadership skills . The purpose of outbound training is to develop teamwork, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Many activities like Yoga, meditation, making a vision board, treasure hunt, team building activities, trust fall, obstacle course, inter team games, camp fire and adventures activities are part of our camp to help campers expand their comfort zone.

Our programs have been found to be effective to enhance self development, social and emotional development, teamwork and leadership.

Camping provides numerous benefits, including increased confidence, enhanced teamwork and communication skills, improved problem-solving abilities, and a deeper understanding of personal strengths and weaknesses.

What a beautiful message...!

A young girl and her father were walking along a forest path.
At some point, they came across a large tree branch on the ground in front of them.

The girl asked her father, “If I try, do you think I could move that branch?”
Her father replied, “I am sure you can, if you use all your strength.”

The girl tried her best to lift or push the branch, but she was not strong enough and she couldn't move it.

She said, with disappointment, “You were wrong, dad. I can't move it.”

“Try again with all your strength,” replied her father.

Again, the girl tried hard to push the branch. She struggled but it did not move.

“Dad, I cannot do it,” said the girl.

Finally her father said, “Young lady, I advised you to use 'all your strength'. You didn’t ask for my help.

The Triple-Filter Test

In ancient Greece, Socrates was reputed to hold knowledge in high esteem. One day an acquaintance met the great philosopher and said, "Do you know what I just heard about your friend?"

"Hold on a minute," Socrates replied. "Before you talk to me about my friend, it might be good idea to take a moment and filter what you’re going to say. That’s why I call it the triple filter test. The first filter is Truth. Have you made absolutely sure that what you are about to tell me is true?"

"Well, no," the man said, "actually I just heard about it and…"

"All right," said Socrates. "So you don’t really know if it’s true or not. Now, let’s try the second filter, the filter of Goodness. Is what you are about to tell me about my friend something good?"

"Umm, no, on the contrary…"

"So," Socrates continued, "you want to tell me something bad about my friend, but you’re not certain it’s true. You may still pass the test though, because there’s one filter left—the filter of Usefulness. Is what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me?"

"No, not really."

"Well," concluded Socrates, "if what you want to tell me is neither true, nor good, nor even useful, why tell it to me at all?"

Absolutely... Unless you believe in your dreams, totally crazy about it and can't think of anything but to make your dream come true... You will mke it happen. It's very important to fall in love with your dream and add colours and wings to it and let the world see the beautiful reality of your dream....

An eventful day. 15 hours of running around, coordinating, motivating students ...has surely exhausted us physically. All I remember is just crashing at 12am after keying the last name in the list of 100 students who got through the final round and ready with an awesome offer in their hand. All the pain and strain has only brought us happiness. when we started our quick fix job training just 3 days back we were here with a plan to place 70 students. We are so excited to have placed 100 engineering students in yesterday's job training and drive and still counting as today is another day with more offers to be rolled out. The smile on the face of the students every time i read the list of students selected to the next round or the ones who are through with all the rounds just made me feel how lucky i am to be a part of their happiness. Our trainers for this project Shwetha Jadav , Ravi and Charan you too are a great part of this success. Awesome job guys. Three cheers to my training team. Rashmi Vinay, an awesome job bringing all the super 11 companies to Magdum campus. We thanks all the H.Rs of various companies who visited yesterday and who will be visiting today for cooperating and making this entire event a grand success.
