🇮🇳 Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat | Inspiring a Healthier & Responsible Generation 🌟

Podar International School, Bengaluru-1 (ICSE) participated in the “Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat” initiative by taking a pledge conducted on 18 August 2026.

The initiative focused on creating awareness among young minds about the harmful effects of substance abuse and encouraging them to make healthy, informed, and responsible choices. Through the pledge, our students reaffirmed their commitment to leading a life free from substance abuse and contributing positively to society. 🇮🇳

The pledge was administered by our Principal, Mr. Ramesh Chandra Panda. Other members present were Vice Principal, Ms. Pavithra Avinash, all Coordinators and teachers.

The initiative served as a powerful reminder that empowered, healthy, and drug-free youth are instrumental in shaping a progressive and developed nation. By fostering awareness and responsible citizenship among our students, we take a meaningful step towards building a safer, healthier, and stronger society.

🌼✨ Onam Celebrations | A Festival of Joy, Culture & Togetherness 🌸🌿

Podar International School, Bengaluru-1 (ICSE) celebrated the vibrant festival of Onam with great enthusiasm, joy, and cultural spirit in a special assembly today.🌼🎉 The celebration beautifully showcased the richness of Kerala’s traditions while bringing together students, teachers, and parents in a spirit of unity and togetherness.

Students celebrated the festival through engaging speeches, a lively skit, and energetic traditional dance performances, highlighting the cultural significance and festive essence of Onam. 💃🎭🎤

The celebration became even more special with the enthusiastic participation of our teachers, who joined the students in graceful dance performances, spreading joy and creating memorable moments. ❤️✨

Parents also actively contributed to the celebrations through Pookalam (floral decoration), creating vibrant and intricate floral designs that reflected creativity, tradition, and collaboration. 🌺🌸🌼

The festive spirit continued with engaging and enjoyable activities, including tug of war, blindfold games, and action-based games conducted by our teachers. These activities added excitement, laughter, and a strong sense of camaraderie to the celebration. 🤝

The Onam celebration was a beautiful blend of culture, creativity, participation, and togetherness, reminding us that festivals are not only about traditions but also about strengthening the bonds within our school community.

🌟🇮🇳 Independence Day Celebration | March Drill, Dance & Patriotic Songs 🇮🇳✨

Podar International School celebrated 80th Independence Day with great pride and enthusiasm that filled the atmosphere with love for the nation, unity, and joy.

🎖️ Our students presented an impressive march drill, along with captivating patriotic dances, skit, speeches, vocal song, and instrumental music performance, showcasing coordination, confidence, creativity, and deep respect for the nation. The synchronized movements and performances reflected the spirit of discipline and national pride.
The event was graced by the presence of Chief Guest, Hon. Capt. Ramesh Chandra Sekhar, who hoisted the National Flag with the presence of Gm K Surendranath, our Principal, Mr. Ramesh Chandra Panda, and Vice Principal, Ms. Pavithra Avinash,Head Mistress of Podar Prep Ms. Arundhati, PTA executive members, parents, staff and students.

🎙️ Our Principal addressed the gathering with an inspiring speech, reminding students of the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters and encouraging them to grow as responsible, disciplined, and patriotic citizens of India. 🇮🇳✨

materials to crack a complex logical equation, proving
themselves as a true analyst. Next door, you will find a team of
collaborative tech creators programming their first robot,
laughing through the accidental collisions because they have

Inter-House Competition | Creativity Knows No Bounds! 🏆✨

Podar International School, Bengaluru-1 (ICSE) organised inter-House Competitions on 07 August 2026. Students of all the four Houses; Aqua, Terra, Ignis & Ventus participated enthusiastically. The event brought together a wonderful mix of activities including Painting 🎨, Crafting ✂️, Poetry 📝, Cooking 👩‍🍳, Singing, instrument music and Fancy Dress 🎭, providing our students a platform to showcase their imagination, talent, and unique personalities.

From colourful strokes and creative crafts to expressive poems, delightful culinary creations, and imaginative costumes, every participant demonstrated enthusiasm, originality, and confidence. 🌈✨

The competition was not just about winning, but about expressing ideas, discovering talents, developing new skills, and celebrating the joy of participation. 👏

Our esteemed Principal, and Vice Principal appreciated the enthusiastic participation of the students and applauded their creativity, confidence, and dedication and encouraged students to continue exploring their talents and embracing every opportunity to learn and grow. 🌟👏

gear! Maths gives our students the protective logical structure
of an umbrella, Art lets them launch their wildest creative
dreams like paper boats on wet afternoons, and EVS acts as a
