National Doctor's Day is celebrated in the memory of Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy who was the second Chief Minister of West Bengal and a legendary doctor. He was born on July 1, 1882. Dr. Roy was honoured with the country's highest civilian award, the Bharat Ratna on 1961.

Starting off the Inside the Four Walls series with the expression for Fear from the Navarasa.
It's an emotion we all feel. And that's natural and absolutely normal. There's no point running away from it.
But what we can do is think about what makes us feel that and why.
