Our School conducted Independence Day CCA Competition for Grades 8, 9 and 10 on 17th August 2026. The Students actively participated and showcased their talent.

Vidya Soudha Public School celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great zeal and patriotic spirit. The occasion was graced by our Chief Guest, Mr. K. Shambayya, Ex-Deputy Director, ISRO (LPSC), Guest of Honour, Dr. Manje Gowda, Chairman VSGI, Vice Chairman, Mr. Arvind Manje Gowda, and other esteemed Trustee Members.

Students from Tiny Tots to Grade 10 presented captivating dance dramas depicting the struggles and sacrifices of our freedom fighters, along with melodious patriotic songs that filled the atmosphere with pride and patriotism.

Mr. K. Shambayya, in his inspiring address, shared a powerful message with the young minds: “Don’t be consumers of technology; be creators of technology.” He spoke passionately about patriotism, discipline, perseverance, and the importance of dreaming big.

His words, “A dream without discipline is just a dream,” encouraged students to learn, keep trying, develop discipline, and never give up. His heartfelt reminder, “Never forget the country that gave you the opportunity to dream,” was a message that will remain with the young generation for years to come.

Our Guest of Honour, Dr. Manje Gowda, also delivered an inspiring speech, motivating the students to become responsible and purposeful citizens.

It was indeed a memorable celebration filled with patriotism, talent, inspiration, and pride. 🇮🇳

Vidya Soudha Public School organised a variety of Independence Day activities for the primary children. The activities included collage making, tri-colour tree, bud printing on peacock, information charts on freedom fighters, and poster making.

The children participated with great enthusiasm and keen interest. These creative activities helped them learn about our nation, honour the sacrifices of freedom fighters, and understand the importance of patriotism, national pride, and respect for our country

Our tiny tots celebrated Blue Day with great enthusiasm and joy! The children came dressed in beautiful shades of blue and participated in fun-filled activities that made learning meaningful and memorable.

The celebration focused on creating awareness about saving water and protecting aquatic animals. Through engaging activities, children learned about the importance of water in our lives and the need to keep our water bodies clean and safe for aquatic creatures.

To celebrate International Tiger Day, our students enthusiastically participated in a Tiger Mask Making Activity. The activity encouraged creativity while helping children learn about the importance of protecting tigers and their natural habitats.
Using colours, paper, and craft materials, the students designed bright and attractive tiger masks. They enjoyed expressing their creativity and proudly wore their masks after completing them.
