Leadership is challenging the status quo, taking swift decisions and making those decisions work.

This is so true. So either we find a high paying meaningful jobs or we find meaning in the job that's high paying...

Results have been declared for X and XII students. Most of them have scored above 90%. There are also many who are below 90%. Parents and well wishers are either proud of those above 90% or trying to pacify those below 90%. Are these Mark's important? Well yes... and no. In India because of sheer population percentage is one important factor used for elimination. And this is applied at various levels in a career journey. So from that perspective its actually important. However, percentage is not a measure of one's intellect or future skills. As a career mentor, I will say accept your Mark's as those are. And now think what improvements you have to make to achieve your career objectives. If you are above 90%, great. But that's past. So is if you are below 90%. Your future will be defined by what you do "Now". Take right steps, improve yourself everyday. Let's connect if you need any career help.
