Parenting is a complex task that requires a logical and systematic approach. Here are some logical parenting tips with examples to help you raise your child in the best way possible.

Understand your child's development.
Understanding your child's developmental stage is critical for effective parenting. Every child is different, and they go through different stages of development at their own pace. It's important to know what to expect at each stage so you can provide the right guidance and support.

For example, a two-year-old child is at a stage of developing their independence, and this can sometimes result in them wanting to do things on their own, such as dressing themselves or feeding themselves. Understanding this stage can help you provide the right amount of support to your child and avoid becoming frustrated when they don't want your help.

Set clear expectations.
Setting clear expectations and boundaries for your child is important for their growth and development. Make sure your expectations are realistic and age-appropriate, and communicate them clearly to your child.

For example, if you expect your child to clean their room, make sure you specify what you mean by "clean." Do you expect them to vacuum the floor, make their bed, or simply pick up their toys? Make sure your child knows exactly what you expect from them so they can meet your expectations.

Use positive reinforcement.
Positive reinforcement is a powerful tool for shaping your child's behavior. It involves rewarding good behavior and ignoring or redirecting bad behavior. This approach helps your child develop positive habits and reinforces good choices.

For example, if your child shares their toys with their siblings, praise them and let them know how proud you are of them. This will encourage them to continue sharing and reinforce the positive behavior.

Be consistent.
Consistency is key when it comes to parenting. Your child needs to know what to expect from you and what the consequences will be if they misbehave. If you are inconsistent in your discipline, your child may become confused and unsure of what is expected of them.

For example, if you have a rule that your child must finish their homework before watching TV, make sure you enforce this rule consistently. If you let them watch TV without finishing their homework one day, they may assume that the rule doesn't really matter and stop following it.

Be a good listener.
Effective communication is essential to good parenting. It's important to listen to your child's needs and concerns and show them that you care about what they have to say.

For example, if your child comes home from school upset about a friend who said something mean to them, listen to them and provide comfort and support. Let them know that you understand how they feel and that you are there for them.

In conclusion, parenting is a complex task, but by using a logical and systematic approach, you can make it a little easier. Understanding your child's development, setting clear expectations, using positive reinforcement, being consistent, and being a good listener are all important strategies for effective parenting. With these tools, you can raise a happy, healthy, and successful child.

SIX LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES TO LEARN FROM AN EAGLE....

1. Eagles fly Alone and at High Altitudes.
They don't fly with sparrows, ravens, and other small birds.

MEANING; Stay away from narrow-minded people, those that bring you down. Eagle flies with Eagles. Keep good company.

2. Eagles have an Accurate Vision. They have the ability to focus on something as far as 5km away. No matter the obstacles, the eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it.

MEANING; Have a vision and remain focused no matter what the obstacles and you will succeed.

3. Eagles do not Eat Dead things. They Feed only on Fresh Prey.

MEANING; Do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer. Leave your past where it belongs, in the past.

4. Eagles Love the Storm.
When clouds gather, the eagle gets excited, the eagle uses the storms wind to lift itself higher. Once it finds the wind of the storm, the eagle uses the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds. This gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings. In the meantime, all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

MEANING; Face your challenges head on knowing that these will make you emerge stronger and better than you were. We can use the storms of life to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid to rise to greater heights. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.

5. Eagles Prepare for Training;
They remove the feathers and soft grass in the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually flies/ when it becomes unbearable to stay in the nest./

MEANING; Leave your Comfort Zone, there is No Growth there.

6. When the Eagle Grows Old,
His feathers becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die. So he retires to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out the weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and claws against the rocks until he is completely bare; a very bloody and painful process. Then he stays in this hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then he comes out flying higher than before.

MEANING; We occasionally need to shed off old habit no matter how difficult, things that burden us or add no value to our lives should be let go of.

एक सज्जन रेलवे स्टेशन पर बैठे गाड़ी की प्रतीक्षा कर रहे थे तभी जूते पॉलिश करने वाला एक लड़का आकर बोला~ ‘‘साहब! बूट पॉलिश ?’’

उसकी दयनीय सूरत देखकर उन्होंने अपने जूते आगे बढ़ा दिये, बोले- ‘‘लो, पर ठीक से चमकाना।’’

लड़के ने काम तो शुरू किया परंतु अन्य पॉलिशवालों की तरह उसमें स्फूर्ति नहीं थी।

वे बोले~ ‘‘कैसे ढीले-ढीले काम करते हो? जल्दी-जल्दी हाथ चलाओ !’’

वह लड़का मौन रहा।

इतने में दूसरा लड़का आया। उसने इस लड़के को तुरंत अलग कर दिया और स्वयं फटाफट काम में जुट गया। पहले वाला गूँगे की तरह एक ओर खड़ा रहा। दूसरे ने जूते चमका दिये।

‘पैसे किसे देने हैं?’ इस पर विचार करते हुए उन्होंने जेब में हाथ डाला। उन्हें लगा कि ‘अब इन दोनों में पैसों के लिए झगड़ा या मारपीट होगी।’ फिर उन्होंने सोचा, ‘जिसने काम किया, उसे ही दाम मिलना चाहिए।’ इसलिए उन्होंने बाद में आनेवाले लड़के को पैसे दे दिये।

उसने पैसे ले तो लिये परंतु पहले वाले लड़के की हथेली पर रख दिये। प्रेम से उसकी पीठ थपथपायी और चल दिया।

वह आदमी विस्मित नेत्रों से देखता रहा। उसने लड़के को तुरंत वापस बुलाया और पूछा~ ‘‘यह क्या चक्कर है?’’

लड़का बोला~ ‘‘साहब! यह तीन महीने पहले चलती ट्रेन से गिर गया था। हाथ-पैर में बहुत चोटें आयी थीं। ईश्वर की कृपा से बेचारा बच गया नहीं तो इसकी वृद्धा माँ और बहनों का क्या होता,बहुत स्वाभिमानी है... भीख नहीं मांग सकता....!’’

फिर थोड़ा रुककर वह बोला ~ ‘‘साहब! यहाँ जूते पॉलिश करनेवालों का हमारा समूह है और उसमें एक देवता जैसे हम सबके प्यारे चाचाजी हैं जिन्हें सब ‘सत्संगी चाचाजी’ कहकर पुकारते हैं। वे सत्संग में जाते हैं और हमें भी सत्संग की बातें बताते रहते हैं। उन्होंने ही ये सुझाव रखा कि ‘साथियो! अब यह पहले की तरह स्फूर्ति से काम नहीं कर सकता तो क्या हुआ???

ईश्वर ने हम सबको अपने साथी के प्रति सक्रिय हित, त्याग-भावना, स्नेह, सहानुभूति और एकत्व का भाव प्रकट करने का एक अवसर दिया है।जैसे पीठ, पेट, चेहरा, हाथ, पैर भिन्न-भिन्न दिखते हुए भी हैं एक ही शरीर के अंग, ऐसे ही हम सभी शरीर से भिन्न-भिन्न दिखाई देते हुए भी हैं एक ही आत्मा! हम सब एक हैं।

स्टेशन पर रहने वाले हम सब साथियों ने मिलकर तय किया कि हम अपनी एक जोड़ी जूते पॉलिश करने की आय प्रतिदिन इसे दिया करेंगे और जरूरत पड़ने पर इसके काम में सहायता भी करेंगे।’’

जूते पॉलिश करनेवालों के दल में आपसी प्रेम, सहयोग, एकता तथा मानवता की ऐसी ऊँचाई देखकर वे सज्जन चकित रह गये औऱ खुशी से उसकी पीठ थपथपाई...औऱ सोंचने लगे शायद इंसानियत अभी तक जिंदा है.....!!

पिता ने बेटे से कहा, "तुमने बहुत अच्छे नंबरों से ग्रेजुएशन पूरी की है। अब क्यूंकि तुम नौकरी पाने के लिए प्रयास कर रहे हो , मैं तुमको यह कार उपहार स्वरुप भेंट करना चाहता हूँ , यह कार मैंने कई साल पहले हासिल की थी, यह बहुत पुरानी है। इसे कार डीलर के पास ले जाओ और उन्हें बताओ कि तुम इसे बेचना चाहते हो। देखो वे तुम्हें कितना पैसा देने का प्रस्ताव रखते हैं।"

बेटा कार को डीलर के पास ले गया, पिता के पास लौटा और बोला, "उन्होंने 60,000 रूपए की पेशकश की है क्योंकि कार बहुत पुरानी है।" पिता ने कहा, "ठीक है, अब इसे कबाड़ी की दुकान पर ले जाओ।"

बेटा कबाड़ी की दुकान पर गया, पिता के पास लौटा और बोला, "कबाड़ी की दुकान वाले ने सिर्फ 6000 रूपए की पेशकश की, क्योंकि कार बहुत पुरानी है।"

पिता ने बेटे से कहा कि कार को एक क्लब ले जाए जहां विशिष्ट कारें रखी जाती हैं।

बेटा कार को एक क्लब ले गया, वापस लौटा और उत्साह के साथ बोला, "क्लब के कुछ लोगों ने इसके लिए 60 लाख रूपए तक की पेशकश की है! क्योंकि यह निसान स्काईलाइन आर34 है, एक प्रतिष्ठित कार, और कई लोग इसकी मांग करते हैं।"

पिता ने बेटे से कहा, "कुछ समझे? मैं चाहता था कि तुम यह समझो कि सही जगह पर ही तुम्हें सही महत्व मिलेगा। अगर किसी प्रतिष्ठान में तुम्हें कद्र नहीं मिल रही, तो गुस्सा न होना, क्योंकि इसका मतलब एक है कि तुम गलत जगह पर हो।

सफलता केवल अपने हुनर और परिश्रम से नहीं मिल जाती, लोगों के साथ मिलती है, और तुम किन लोगों के बीच में हो , कुछ समय में तुमको स्वतः ही ज्ञात हो जाएगा I तुम्हें सही जगह पर जाना होगा, जहाँ लोग तुम्हारी कीमत जानें और सराहना करें।
