🌟 Our 4th-semester CSE (Data Science) students had an incredible experience visiting Vivekananda Girijana Kalyana Kendra (VGKK) and K Gudi at BR Hills on 18th and 19th July 2024. 🏞️
During this activity points event, our students engaged in various activities to educate the local students, providing essential materials like pens and books to support their learning journey. 📚✏️
They also visited tribal areas, connecting with the tribal communities to understand their daily challenges and learn from their unique perspectives. 🤝
Exploring K Gudi was a highlight, offering a chance to immerse in the natural beauty and rich biodiversity of the region. 🌳🐾
This trip was transformative for our students in many ways:
Cultural Immersion: Students gained a deeper appreciation for the rich culture and traditions of the tribal communities.
Empathy and Compassion: Direct interaction with tribal people fostered empathy and a better understanding of diverse living conditions.
Team Building: Working together on educational activities and community service strengthened teamwork and collaboration skills.
Environmental Awareness: Experiencing the natural beauty of K Gudi highlighted the importance of environmental conservation.
