It is a community based school that imparts preschool education for children from the age of 18 months to 5 years, before the commencement of statutory and obligatory education. The areas of development covered are:
• Emotional, personal, and social development
• Communication, talking and listening skills development
• Knowledge and understanding of the world
• Creative and aesthetic development
• Mathematics and science awareness
• Physical and health development
• Playing and sports activities
• Team work, self-help, and social skills development
• Literacy and creative arts
The children are allowed to discover and explore freely within each of these areas of development. We prioritize developmentally appropriate practices effectively in the classroom. We constantly stage programmes and out-of-class exposures for all round development.
