Goal and Direction

We always know the importance of goal and direction and work towards that.
It plays a great role in our routine life too.
Coordinating with a contact in Mysore I had to get some documents at the local branch of HDFC in Bangalore. I told the Mysore person I want my verification to happen at either Sadashivnagar or Raj Mahal Vilas Extension since I live close there. The Mysore contact said I could go to the Sadashivnagar Branch. The staff there had no clue as to why I was there and neither were the two people I asked for were a part of the staff there. Sadashivnagar Branch people were helpful however I was upset with the Mysore contact for passing on wrong information and me for needlessly wasting my time.
I was told to visit RMV 2nd stage Branch for my verification which I did today.
Knowing the direction, the destination and the contact person made things so easy for me today. I got my verification done in 10 minutes and walked out feeling nice and light
