Learning Comes Alive! - GAFL Jungle Safari
GAFL Pre-Primary Block created a magical Jungle Safari experience to align with their syllabus and provide students with a real-life learning adventure.

One classroom was transformed into a lively jungle, complete with wild animal models, a safari jeep, and jungle-themed decorations. To make it even more realistic, jungle background sounds played throughout, immersing children in the experience.

Our little explorers had an amazing time, learning about wild animals while feeling the thrill of a real jungle safari. The activity sparked curiosity, joy, and excitement, turning the classroom into a world of discovery!

The Pre-Primary children joyfully celebrated World Smile Day by spreading happiness all around. They shared smiley badges with their friends, helpers, and even with unfamiliar faces, brightening everyone’s day. The activity helped children understand the importance of kindness, empathy, and the simple act of making others smile. 😊💛

“Building happy classrooms at GAFL”
GAFL organized a CPD program for its teachers focused on Experiential Learning in the Classroom, facilitated by Ms. Akhila. The session provided practical tips and strategies to help teachers integrate experiential learning into their daily teaching practices.
For the Pre-Primary teachers, a dedicated session on Circle Time was conducted by Ms. Rashmi. She shared engaging and practical activities such as greetings, feelings check-ins, storytelling, movement games, and mindfulness exercises. These activities aim to foster attention, empathy, sharing, and cooperation, thereby creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn." This timeless wisdom resonates deeply with our approach to education at Global Academy. Our students of grade 9 embarked on an immersive journey into the worlds of carpentry and car mechanics, gaining invaluable hands-on skills and knowledge.

Under expert guidance, they learned the fundamentals of carpentry, including shaping wood and using essential tools, and discovered the intricacies of a car bonnet and its vital components. This experiential learning journey not only equipped our students with practical skills but also instilled in them a deeper appreciation for craftsmanship and the importance of regular maintenance.

✨ GAFLites’ Grateful Hearts✨
To celebrate Gratitude Day, our pre-primary students participated in a series of thoughtful activities. The day began with a special assembly where teachers explained the importance of being grateful for everything around us.
A beautiful Gratitude Jar was displayed on the board, where students shared what they are thankful for — from parents, teachers, grandparents, pets, aunties, friends, and more.
Our little ones also crafted handmade flowers and personally offered them to our school drivers, aunties, and security staff as a gesture of gratitude.
To extend this feeling of gratitude beyond the school, students visited the police station and thanked the police officers by presenting a lovely card made by them.
Finally, they were encouraged to continue this practice at home and express gratitude to people who make a difference in their lives.

💛 "Love. Legacy. Laughter." 💛
To honor and celebrate the pillars of wisdom, GAFL organized a heartwarming Grandparents Day celebration.
Our beautifully decorated campus welcomed all grandparents with love and warmth.
Students put up a wonderful program – dancing, singing, and delivering heartfelt speeches in Kannada and English, highlighting the irreplaceable role of grandparents in our lives.
Fun games for grandfathers and grandmothers brought laughter, while our mehendi corner was a favorite, with teachers joyfully applying beautiful designs.
Grandparents expressed their happiness and gratitude, carrying home smiles and cherished memories.

Celebrating Our Guiding Lights

GAFL celebrated Teachers’ Day with love, gratitude, and togetherness, making it a truly memorable occasion for our educators. The day began with a thoughtful gesture as teachers were presented with sarees, a symbol of respect and appreciation. Many teachers shared their heartfelt experiences of being a part of GAFL, reflecting on the bonds, growth, and joy they have found in this journey. The celebration was filled with warmth as our teachers showcased their talents through soulful musical performances, creating moments of joy and connection. MD Sir’s motivational words uplifted and inspired everyone, while Principal Ma’am’s excellent address added grace and encouragement to the occasion. The entire program beautifully captured the essence of Teachers’ Day—a celebration of the mentors who nurture, inspire, and shape countless young lives.
