Our Christmas fruit cake is packed with 13 fruits and nuts soaked in rum for over a year. Every bite is 50% tender cake and 50% rich, boozy fruit, giving it a unique texture with a subtle chocolatey hint. It’s finished with a thin layer of chocolate ganache and a sweet mistletoe touch, making it a festive, luxurious holiday treat.
