And here's the interesting part, eggs contain many of the nutrients our bodies need, but vitamin C isn't one of them! From breakfast to snacks, eggs can be a tasty way to add important nutrients to your plate.

Our field trip gave our little ones the opportunity to step outside the classroom, explore their surroundings, experience something new, and learn through real-world experiences.

Every new sight sparked curiosity, every experience brought a new lesson, and every little smile made the day even more special.

Because childhood is about learning, exploring, and having lots of fun along the way!

Coconuts can float because their thick, fibrous husk helps them stay buoyant in water. This protective outer layer also helps shield the coconut from damage and keeps the seed protected during its journey.

When a coconut eventually reaches a suitable shore, it can take root and grow into a new coconut palm. 🌴 In this way, the ocean can help carry coconut seeds from one beach to another, spreading coconut trees to new places.

Nature has some pretty clever ways of helping plants travel, grow, and survive!
