Like a Japanese Proverb quotes:
"Better than a thousand days of diligent study is one day with a great teacher."
We are wishing every teacher we have met in our journey in the last 10 years and has helped us to become who we are, a very big thank you!

Kids often are easy to distract and they need help in understanding and processing their emotions. A small exercise of a couple of minutes every day where you ask your child to pay attention to how they are feeling, help them understand and express it, is such a powerful mindfulness tool for emotional understanding and focus.

Improving digestion, balance and relieving stress are just some of the benefits of this beautiful pose. Here is how you do it:
Step 1: Stand tall with feet about 3-4 feet apart and bend towards right side till you touch the ground with your right hand. Lean the hips against a wall as a beginner so you have some support.
Step 2: You may bend the right knee. Lift your left leg till it is parallel to the ground and extend your left hand above, once you find balance turn your head while looking at the hand. Stay in the pose for 1-3 minutes and then do it on the other side.

1. Get on your hands and knees, knees directly under hips and palms a little ahead of the shoulders, fingers pointing forward.
2. Exhale and lift your knees away from the floor, slowly extending and pushing your hip bones upwards.
3. Make sure your knees are straight but are not locked. You can stay in the pose for 1-3 minutes.
