Throwback to the seminar conducted by our head trainer Rajeev Mp at 24/7 for international women's day on March 6th:)
Considering the city and circumstances we live in, learning how to defend yourself is a better choice than depending on someone else to make us feel safe and secure. Although we should continue to work everyday toward changing this lackadaisical and chauvinistic culture, we must also equipt ourselves for when it fails us.

We'd like to congratulate our head trainer Rajeev Mp for showing what 'WE' are all about the Karnataka Sports MMA championship held last morning at Abhiva Crossfitarena, this was his first fight for the day and it was also a record for the shortest fight of the tournament finishing it in 8 seconds:)
