Whether you're an aspiring Electronics Engineer, a curious mind, or someone eager to land a job in the semiconductor industry, this page is for you. We help BE students and fresh graduates aged 20-24 in ECE, Electronics and VLSI branches achieve industry readiness without struggling due to lack of guidance and mentorship by providing highly interactive theory sessions and practical lab experiences. The lack of guidance and mentorship for ECE and VLSI students is a significant pain point. Many students feel lost and struggle with the complexity of their subjects without proper support. The gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations is well-documented, and students are aware of the importance of being job-ready upon graduation. Reports indicate that only about 10% of the 1.5 million engineering graduates each year are expected to secure jobs, primarily due to this skills mismatch. The VLSI industry is growing, with increasing demand for skilled professionals. The integration of advanced technologies like AI and IoT in VLSI design further drives the need for specialized training.
