Coaching is a great way to let leaders do their own thinking.
Most leaders already know what's best for them in their context, so when a Coach asks curious questions to uncover what is stopping them from moving forward or evaluate the pros and cons of their ideas, they find their way forward!
As a people leader, you don't need to be a certified Coach to develop a coach mindset. All you need to know is the Coaching framework and some basic competencies to focus on.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Introduce the concepts of ‘Exemplary Leadership’ and enable participants to develop ‘individual action plans’ to become an effective people manager. Use an experiential learning approach through group discussions, role-plays, and personal reflections for transformation.
