Make outbound calls to potential clients/students regarding our courses & services

Conduct follow-up calls/messages on leads generated from marketing campaigns

Identify new business opportunities via phone, email and social media

Maintain lead database and regularly update CRM

Assist Business Development team with:

Scheduling client meetings & demos

Sending proposals and course/service details

Coordinating with internal teams for client requirements

Preparing basic reports on sales call status and conversions

Support in social media & digital promotion follow-ups

Represent the company in client coordination during webinars or workshops (online)

💼 Updated Skills Required

✔ Excellent communication
✔ Confident, persuasive speaking & ability to handle objections

🎓 Qualification

Any degree (UG/PG)
