Leaving no one behind- Dementia Awareness Day

At Trio World School, we believe that education is not only about knowing, it is about understanding, caring and becoming more human through empathy.

As a precursor to Colourful Whispers, the beautiful art exhibition by the residents of KITES Senior Care’s Dementia Centre, we had the privilege of welcoming Ms Firdos and Ms Smriti, Psychologists from KITES senior care to Trio World School. Their engaging workshop helped our students understand dementia beyond the condition, ato see the person, honour their dignity, and respond with patience, empathy and gratitude.

Colourful Whispers, and annual showcasing of Art work by residents at the Kites Dementia Centre, is a beautiful reminder that every life deserves to be celebrated and every voice deserves to be heard-even when memories begin to fade.

The dedication, patience and compassion with which the KITES Senior Care team serves the elderly and persons living with dementia is truly commendable.

Let us remember: dementia may change memories, but it never diminishes a person’s worth.Celebrating and respecting the dignity of every individual and thus leaving now one behind.

A Magical Morning of Stories & Creativity!

Our Classes 1–3 students had a wonderful interaction with Dr. Divya Ramachandran. She introduced her beautiful picture book, Meera’s Magic Kolam, and engaged our young readers in the fascinating world of stories, Kolam art and Indian culture.

Our little stars from Kindergarten 1A brought the timeless story of Punyakoti to life, beautifully showcasing the values of honesty, integrity, and keeping one’s promises.

The vibrant Forest Dance added energy and magic as our children brought the enchanting forest to life.

A lively dance celebrating honesty beautifully reinforced the message that being truthful and keeping our word make us strong and trustworthy.

With confident acting, joyful dancing, and wonderful teamwork, our little performers truly made the day special. Their enthusiasm and innocence made the presentation a memorable celebration of values and learning!

☕📚 Lit & Latte: Where Words Brew Connections!

Some Saturdays are meant for meetings while some are meant for learning.
And some are meant for a little coffee, a lot of literature, and even more laughter!
Today, Lit & Latte brought the TWS team together for a delightful literary rendezvous where books, language, theatre, creativity and camaraderie took centre stage.

We read, reflected, shared literary nuances, exchanged ideas and explored the joy of words. And then came the fun Dumb Charades, Word Tambola, Bingo, impromptu challenges, competitions and prizes that brought out the playful side of everyone!

What made the morning truly special was watching colleagues bond, not through conventional team-building exercises, but through shared experiences, laughter, creativity and the simple joy of being together.

Lit & Latte has become more than a reading programme. It is a little Saturday ritual that helps us pause, rewind, reconnect and recharge after a busy week, while celebrating our love for literature and learning.

Because sometimes, the best team-building happens over a cup of coffee, a good book and a whole lot of laughter!

🥋 A Proud Moment for TRIO!

We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding performance of our students at the Karnataka State Inter-School Taekwondo Championship 2026, held at Koramangala Indoor Stadium, Bengaluru.

Competing against participants from 70 schools across Karnataka, our young athletes showcased exceptional skill, discipline, determination, and sportsmanship, achieving an impressive medal tally of:

🥇 26 Gold Medals
🥈 23 Silver Medals
🥉 24 Bronze Medals

🏅 Total: 73 Medals

Adding to this remarkable achievement, our school proudly secured the Overall First Runner-Up Trophy at this prestigious state-level championship.

This success reflects the dedication and hard work of our students, supported by the constant encouragement of the school management, Seema Ma’am, the coordinators, coaches, teachers, and parents.

Congratulations to all our champions! Your commitment, confidence, and perseverance continue to make the TRIO community proud. We wish you many more victories and milestones ahead!

We are delighted to congratulate Taksh B Gowda on his outstanding achievements in shooting.

Taksh is a Gold Medalist at the CISCE National Games and has also won 4 Gold Medals at the Karnataka State Championship for NR Shooting and another 4 Gold Medals at the South Zone Championship.

He is now all set to participate in the SGFI Games, taking his sporting journey to yet another important stage.

What stands out about Taksh is not just the medals he has won, but the confidence, discipline and dedication he brings to the sport. His commitment and focus are truly inspiring to all of us at school.

We congratulate Taksh on everything he has achieved so far and wish him all the very best for the SGFI Games and his upcoming competitions.

Our little champions of Kindergarten 2A came together for a wonderful Class Day performance on the theme “Go Green and Save Our Earth."

Through inspiring thoughts, meaningful messages, and enthusiastic performances, our young learners reminded us that every small step can make a big difference. From planting trees and saving water to reducing plastic and keeping our surroundings clean, we can all be responsible citizens of our beautiful planet.

Ira Umashankar’s swimming journey is a story of consistency, discipline and determination and representing herself with confidence at every level, Ira has continued to push her limits in the pool and take on bigger challenges with every competition. Her journey also includes participation in the SGFI Games, adding another important milestone to her growing sporting experience.

As Ira looks ahead to many more competitions, we wish her all the very best for her upcoming events. May she continue to swim with confidence, achieve new personal bests, reach greater heights and add many more proud moments to her sporting journey.

Time Coins | Kindergarten 2C Assembly | Learning the Value of Time

Our Kindergarten 2C students presented a meaningful assembly on “Time Coins”, highlighting the importance of punctuality, time management, and valuing every moment.

The children confidently presented a thought-provoking skit, portraying everyday situations and conveying the message that time once lost can never be regained. They also engaged their parents with thoughtful questions, encouraging everyone to reflect on the value of time.

The assembly concluded with a grand finale dance, as the children performed with great energy, joy, and enthusiasm before their friends and parents.

The presentation beautifully combined learning, creativity, and entertainment, leaving everyone with a simple yet powerful message: “Value time and make every moment count!”
