Engineers at CodeChefs took this responsibility, and after continuous brainstorming and interactions with students, pa
rents, teachers, job seekers and employers, we have come up with this initiative. Between all the stakeholders in this chain, there are few gaps, and our focus is on filling these gaps. It's also not just answering "Whys & Hows", but more than that, it's about raising more "Whys & Hows". An active student (or any brain) does not only listen & obeys; it must observe, explore, think & ask questions before accepting a lesson or theory or concept or formula. We all are working towards that revolutionary makeover of the education system. A mentor at GyanVita has to undergo a very challenging selection process, which starts from a screening based on knowledge and goes on to conducting classes, which are evaluated by the students at competency themselves. Students are the ultimate consumer of this chain, so we insist on their feedback and judgment. Our mentor selection process is unique, that's why we have limited but unique mentors, subjects, courses and centers. Through our efforts We just want to assure that our students are in the safest hands.
