Note: Teachers taught from 1976 and students pass out from 1985 to 2020 will be attending the Alumni Meet.

We are planning a Coffee Table Book also.

We require your support and Ideas to collect all the written account, in particular a newspaper article giving an opinion or review of an event, performance, the precious good quality photos of the Chief Guest visited, previous and present principals, faculty members, key officials, long serving employees, major events, milestones, Awards, Achievements by Teachers and Students etc.

Please let us know if you know any good publishers and editors.

To AMEND the Constitution and then Re-elect the Office Bearers

Note: The Entry for the Meeting is Rs. 500/-.
Request your nomination 2 days in advance to make the arrangements. Members Assemble Time: 3 pm, Meeting Starting Time: 4 pm, Meeting End Time: 6 pm.
Alumni coming slightly late is to inform the Secretary well in advance by phone call. An official mail will be send from the mail id. [email protected] as an Entry ticket for the Meeting hall. You need to pay Rs. 500/- at the Entrance of the Hotel Reception and ensure your name is in the Register and pay and collect your Receipt as acknowledgment for entering the Meeting Hall. Kindly mail your Profile and Experience in activities related to Alumni Association to our mail id: [email protected]. Last date for filing nomination is Friday, 26th July, 2019.
Alumni willing to take responsibilities and contest for the office bearers post, will have to write in a request letter or bring a letter stating your interest in joining the Alumni Association of RT Nagar Branch – POSA.
All the Meeting proceeding will be recorded. Photographer and Videographer has been arranged. 5 Minutes time will be provided for all the nominees to speak out about your profile and your eligibility for the portfolios listed below.
