The writ petition above mentioned along with interlocutory application(s) was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 08-04-2026, when the Hon’ble Court pleased to pass the following order:
" 1. Issue notice, returnable on 14.04.2026.
2. A copy of the Writ Petition also be served on the standing counsel
for the State of Tamil Nadu and National Medical Council."
Lastly, the matter was mentioned before the Hon’ble Court on 10.04.2026, when the Hon’ble Court was pleased to pass the following order:-
" List on 15.04.2026."

1. NBEMS vide its notice dated 13.09.2024 has notified the tentative schedule for conduct of NEET-SS 2024 on 29th and 30th March 2025.

2. Pursuant to the directives of National Medical Commission (NMC), all applicants desirous of appearing in NEET-SS 2024 are hereby informed that the scheme of examination for NEET-SS 2024 shall continue to be the same as published in information bulletin for NEET-SS 2023 exam except for the following changes:

a. For admissions to DM/DrNB Medical Oncology, there shall be a separate Question Paper Group (Medical Oncology Group). The questions in the paper of this group shall be exclusively from the topics of Medical Oncology.
b. For admissions to DM/DrNB Critical Care Medicine, there shall be a separate Question Paper Group (Critical Care Medicine Group). The questions in the paper of this group shall be exclusively from the topics of Critical Care Medicine.
c. Rest of the scheme of examination shall continue to be the same as for all groups.

If a candidate discontinue any seat after Joining a Medical course in UP then will be debarred from next session counseling.
And there is no Seat leaving Penalty to be paid -seat leaving Penalty has been removed.
