Yipppeeee yayyy!!! 💃 I passed this rigorous international TA exam!

How this unfurled:
2 years of incredible hard work in the thick of an existence-defying pandemic and the peak of menopause (with its gamut of debilitating symptoms wreaking havoc on my mind and body!); 16 hour workdays of being present for my clients AND meeting my own goals of writing this exam, while parenting a son going through his own coming of age (he turned 18 last month 💕); a pulled hand ligament (from all the typing!) a bum knee (from the hours of sitting to write and re-write!)...and a relentless determination to finish, to my best ability!

What enabled and empowered me:
My amazing community of mentors, trainers, supervisors, colleagues, friends and family (you know who you are ❤️)...who supported, encouraged and offered their hearts and minds, as I grew in this process!

I am ecstatic, proud and immensely grateful 🙏. Oh and yes - relieved! 😄

This Sunday, 20th March, 5 pm IST, Ragini and I delve into what Vulnerability means. While many of us believe it to mean 'weakness', that's a misconception that we would like to challenge.

I remember past events when I would mask what I was experiencing with a smile or sternness. Inwardly, I'd be in discomfort, but not be able to identify, honour or show it. As I continually learn to embrace all my feelings for what they are and express them usefully, I am so much more at ease with myself.

This, to me, is vulnerability. The ability to risk being true to myself. I am able to build more real connections. As a parent and wellness professional, this powerfully role models and offers permissions to my child or clients.
