Ages 6 to 9 is when children pick up language and communication skills, interacting with their peers, teachers and other friends. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic children have been locked down at home without real interaction and communication.

At LeadNInspire, we have designed a highly energetic, interactive, online English communication Course for the age group of 6 to 9 years to support and help them communicate effectively.

Course dates: 26th May to 2nd June
Timings: 5 to 6PM
Age Group: 6 to 9 years

Why is important:

Researches show that most of us tend to sway either extremes!!

On the impulsive side, we take decisions in a jiffy, while not giving enough time to think through the and of the action. This leads to hasty decision making. The results could be right only by chance.

On the deliberate side, we keep thinking a lot before taking a decision, so much so that we suffer from . This state pushes one to take the easiest path, rather than the right one. Decisions made in this state can lead one to regret later.

The right balance is in CRITICAL THINKING which lies between and mode.

CRITICAL THINKING involves:
1. Identifying the problem statement clearly
2. Arriving at a set of considerations for the solution
3. Working out multiple solution options
4. Weighing each option wrt the considerations and arriving at the decision

Once a decision is taken, work on it in a planned way until you reach the goal.

The key is knowing when to switch to critical thinking mode and when to work on automatic thinking mode. Not all decisions need elaborate deliberation.

As Mr. Ratan Tata once famously said: “I don’t believe in taking the right decision, I believe in taking the decision and making it right.”

Samrudh, studying in 8th grade has a great penchant for humour. He can’t stop laughing and his speeches can’t stop having humour.

Humour is the most difficult emotion to achieve in a speech, both content and speech delivery-wise. For Samrudh, this comes naturally.

Kavya, studying in 5th standard is a versatile, active and enthusiastic speaker. Her ability to turn her nervousness to deliver a great speech with elegant body language and appropriate voice modulation, adds to her speaking charm.

She has already created her own world of speeches through her YouTube channel.

In this course, Kavya stood out with her speaking skills. Be it with a prepared speech or an impromptu one, she always made her presence felt!!!
