Two major lessons here for me, maybe more.

Lesson One:

It is not over until it is over, it may seem to be the end without any way out, but never give up faith, things do turn around.

Lesson Two:

Don't count your chicks until they are hatched. Meaning, whatever you do, until it is finally delivered, your work isn't yet completed. Be vigilant.

This is an excellent video on one side on perseverance of the young cub who kept trying till it finally succeeded while the mother waited on the top patiently.
It is also a lesson in how a child needs to brought up. It needs to learn independence at an early age. When you live in the wild and competitive world survival instincts are vital . We can compare this to life in the corporate sector where survival instinct is vital. One needs to remain agile and relevant by adding value.
One great lesson is also if you have a monkey on your back one needs to take it off your back on your own. This is how people learn from issues they face and grow to become a better and stronger professionals.
