Inclusion becomes real when every part of a school is designed with every learner in mind.
At the World Inclusion Conference India 2026 at Yashobhoomi, I had the opportunity to be part of two important conversations on the future of inclusive education.
I joined the panel “Inclusive Campus & Classroom Design: Infrastructure Meets Pedagogy,” where we discussed how thoughtfully designed spaces and responsive teaching must work together.
I also moderated “Governance for Inclusion: Building Future-Ready School Systems,” exploring how leadership, policy and school culture can turn inclusion from an idea into everyday practice.
A valuable experience, with one clear takeaway: inclusion cannot remain confined to a policy document or a single classroom. It must be built into the entire school system.
