The NCC Navy Annual Training Camp (ATC) 2026 of Whitefield Global School was successfully held at Christ (Deemed to be University) from 8–17 May 2026.

43 cadets participated in 10 days of rigorous training, leadership activities, teamwork, and naval learning, showcasing discipline and dedication throughout the camp.

At Whitefield Global School, the Student Council Election 2026 for the Primary Segment gave our young learners a meaningful opportunity to experience democracy in action. Through enthusiastic campaigning, creative posters, impactful speeches, and thoughtful interactions, aspiring student leaders confidently shared their ideas and vision while encouraging their peers to participate in the electoral process.

The excitement peaked on Election Day as students cast their votes with responsibility and enthusiasm, demonstrating fairness, maturity, and civic awareness. More than just an election, the experience nurtured leadership, teamwork, communication, and responsible citizenship, reinforcing the belief that every voice matters and every vote can make a difference. The Student Council Election 2026 was a wonderful celebration of student voice, choice, and leadership in action.

🌟 Teacher Training on Classroom Pedagogies 🌟

Whitefield Global School was privileged to host an enriching professional development session on Classroom Pedagogies led by Ms. Mala Palani—teacher educator, author, researcher, and trainer with extensive experience across CBSE, ICSE, IB, and State Board schools.

The session focused on nurturing Critical Thinking and Creative Thinking, exploring innovative assessment practices, and using storytelling to deepen conceptual understanding. Teachers also engaged with effective strategies such as the Q Matrix, Lead-in Activities, Spider Web, and Line Run to promote curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful learning.

We also thank Mr. Prasanth Kupwade and Mr. Prasenjit Kumar from Oxford University Press, Bengaluru, for their presence and support.

Teachers’ Orientation & Training Programme 2026

Whitefield Global School successfully conducted a 10-day Teachers’ Orientation and Training Programme focused on innovative teaching practices, holistic learning, and future-ready classroom strategies.

Dr. Sita Shankar led sessions on Competency-Based Education and learner-centered teaching approaches, while Ms. Chitra Kulkarni and Ms. Chhavi Garg guided teachers on curriculum planning, school processes, and holistic skill development. Experts including Ms. Jayaprada H. S., Ms. Rebecca Grub, Ms. Sukriti Dutta, Mr. Arun Mallick, Mr. Prashant Jha, Ms. Madhuri Shivangi, and Ms. Jahnavi Hallur conducted engaging workshops on inclusive education, student well-being, AI integration, digital tools, and theatre-based learning.

The programme also included wellness activities, collaborative exercises, and hands-on lesson planning, fostering creativity, teamwork, and reflective teaching practices.

✨ Whitefield Global School warmly welcomed Academic Session 2026–27 with its Teacher Induction & Training Programme, which commenced on 11th May 2026.

The programme began with an inspiring assembly on “Intellectual Curiosity and Respect,” followed by the ceremonial lamp lighting in the presence of Chairman Dr. C. Purna Chandra Rao, Vice-Chairman Mr. Srinivas Kumar, Director – Operations Ms. Nandini Chalasani, Director – Academics Dr. Sarada Chandrasekaran, Director – Administration & Marketing Mr. Sai Manohar, and Principal Dr. Sita Shankar.

The event featured a warm welcome address by Headmistress (Primary) Ms. Chitra Kulkarni and concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Headmistress (Secondary) Ms. Chhavi Garg.

Chairman Dr. C. Purna Chandra Rao also congratulated the Principal and staff for the excellent CBSE Grade 10 results, appreciating the dedication and commitment of the academic team.
