We were driven by the pain point faced by hiring managers—candidates

One of the most affected groups by this challenge is start-ups that are not well-funded. With limited budgets and resources, it becomes incredibly difficult for them to attract and retain talented individuals. Xelate aims to bridge this gap by providing a comprehensive approach to skill development. Our training program focuses on technical skills, soft skills, and project work under the expert mentorship of industry professionals. What sets Xelate apart is our ability to assist individuals who have faced significant career gaps, with some even having gaps of more than a decade. For many of them, securing a job through Xelate has been their first opportunity after graduation.
