Ants Skill Varsity is honored to be recognized for the Bridge Tech Program, an initiative initiated by the Nasscom Foundation and funded by JPMorganChase. Award of Excellence by AISECT INDIA Samagra Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM)
Delivered through a 280-hour, center-based training model, the initiative mobilized 355 NEET youth from economically weaker backgrounds, providing hands-on practical learning with daily assignments, module projects, and capstone portfolios.
The award showcases our practice-led Industry-Integrated Employability Model, which bridged the gap from classroom learning to sustainable tech careers.
Targeted Impact: Out of 355 youth mobilized, 325 were assessed, leading to 234 successful placements across a network of over 90 hiring partners.
Industry Immersion & Mentorship: Students directly engaged with tech leaders and guest speakers—such as Ravi Shankar, PhD, Augustus Azariah (Kyndryl India), Madhavi Kanumoory (Birla Carbon), and Zeelan Shaik (HCL Technologies) Arnab Chakraverty (Cyble) and many more gaining exposure to real-world expectations, guest lectures, and industry events like the Bengaluru Tech Summit Skill Summit
Sustained Employment Focus: Moving beyond initial job offers, our post-placement tracking mechanism followed candidates through structured 3-to-8+ month retention cycles to confirm workplace adaptation, salary verification, and long-term career stability—achieving 187 verified post-placement retentions.
