AI is changing the way businesses research, analyse, communicate and make decisions. Understanding how to use these tools effectively is becoming just as important as understanding the business problems they are solving.

At GEMS B School, students got hands-on with Claude and prompt engineering, applying their learning to practical business case studies across areas such as marketing, market research, HR, finance and operations.

From crafting better prompts to creating SWOT analyses, campaign briefs, competency maps and decision memos, the workshop focused on turning AI knowledge into practical business productivity.

Because preparing for the future means more than knowing the tools. It means knowing how to use them to think, analyse and solve.
