A successful Fast Bowling Camp with two batches of young pacers learning the art of bowling quicker, stronger and smarter. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Along with improving their pace and technique, the players also underwent fitness sessions focused on strength, mobility and conditioning to help them become better fast bowlers overall. ๐Ÿ’ช
