YGB Club provides training on public speaking skills necessary for persuading, educating and addressing audiences. It creates environment for participants to overcome all elements of fear and nervousness when delivering a speech. Like any other skill, public speaking can be mastered by following three basic steps:
1. Observing
2. Being coachable
3. Practicing. Three steps:
1. Observing - YGB Club
will video record all talks of participants. These videos are later viewed by participants along with the trainer to improve presentation style on stage. Club also shares 100’s of videos for participants to observe and learn.
2. Being coachable - Trainer will give immediate feedback to fine tune presentation style of participants. This will include appreciation and constructive criticism. Participants will also be given opportunities to give feedback. (Remember, between teacher and student, the teacher always learns more)
3. Practicing - Swimming cannot be learnt by reading books or by observing others. It can be learnt only by jumping in water. Same applies for public speaking. YGB Club has designed an intense public speaking course for participants to conquer stage fright and to master it. Outline of the course:
