1. whey protein concentrate (WPC): tastes as per given flavour and the best tasting among the three. It contains the lowest amount of protein from the three types (but still good amount) and generally within your budget.
2. whey protein isolate (WPI): good source of protein for people with lactose intolerance. Costs slightly more than WPC due to its higher protein content. It still contains the beneficial qualities of a WPC.
3. whey protein hydrolysate: contains the maximum amount of protein from the three and generally very unpleasant taste. It makes whey easily absorbed in the body and is the most expensive from among the three
