One of my biggest inner conversations for years was this one line:

👉 “I cannot do it.”

I used to dream.
I used to desire.
I used to feel motivated.

But no matter how high I tried to fly,
that one sentence pulled me back down.

It felt like driving a car with the brakes on —
everything was effort, everything felt like struggle.

And over the years of coaching hundreds of women,
I realized something:

💥 Everyone has these inner brakes.
Sometimes they’re loud.
Sometimes they are so silent that we don’t even notice them.
Sometimes they are just negative sentences running on repeat.

And because we don’t question them,
they become the reason we feel stuck.

Let me share a few of mine from the past:

❌ I’m not intelligent
❌ I’m scared
❌ I’m not good enough
❌ I find it hard to understand things
❌ I hate maths so I can’t build a business

These weren’t facts.
These were just repeated beliefs —
beliefs I had practiced so much that they felt like truth.

But here’s the turning point:

✨ Awareness is the first step to change. ✨

So now it’s your turn.

Pause.
Take a breath.
And ask yourself:

👉 What is the sentence that has been running in YOUR mind?

The one that keeps you from living your full potential.

Write it below.
No judgement.
No overthinking.

Just honesty.

Because the moment you see it clearly —
you no longer live from it.

You begin rewriting it.

And that’s where transformation begins. 💛

EVOLVE OVER SOLVE

Most people rush to fix their problems.
But those who grow—pause, breathe, reflect…
and evolve.

Just wrapped up my Passion to Prosperity session — where I decoded the exact mindset behind building KarizmaticU and showed how, when you decide, you truly can create anything you desire.

Hundreds of members today decided to walk the journey with me to learn how to build a successful career.

However I know so many of us carry hidden beliefs like:

“If I’m successful, my family will suffer.”

“If I build a career, I’ll lose connection at home.”

“If I focus on me, it means I love my family less.”

“I can either raise my family or raise myself — not both.”

💔 And because of these beliefs, we never give ourselves permission to explore who we could be.

But here’s the truth I live by — if your heart keeps whispering to create, to express, or to build something — that nudge is sacred. It’s meant to be nurtured, not silenced.

You can have both — a soaring career and a beautiful personal life.
It takes awareness and inner work, but it’s absolutely possible.

Right after the session, my cook didn’t show up.
So I rushed to the kitchen, made a quick lunch — and instead of irritation, I felt joy.

Because this too is my choice.
To build my dreams and still serve my family — both with love.

That’s true freedom. When your choices come from your power within. 💫

And yes, like business, I failed here too 😂

But hey, I switched plans — made plain paranthas.

That’s life. You try. You fail. You learn. You adapt. You grow.

No work is small. No role is lesser.
Every act — from boardrooms to kitchens — expands you.

Because when you stop separating your worlds and start living as ONE powerful being — everything begins to flow. 🤗❤️

The places you are most avoiding are the places your massive success lies.

A lot of us spend our whole life avoiding or running away from our problems.

We let the time pass by.

Believing things will change.

Well with time, the problem doesn't go away.

It's just you who gets used to the problem.

Because we get used to it, it doesn't impact or hurt as much as it did early.

And that's a worse cycle.

Because we start to believe life is like this only.

We hit "Just the way Mentality"
Life aisi he hoti hai!!

The truth is -
Life is what you make out of it
Life is what actions you take
Life is what fears you win
Life is what doubts you turn to drive.

Today, as I step into 43, I began my morning by penning down gratitude — for every person who has helped me, and for every person who has hurt me.

For every situation that built me, and for every situation that burnt me.

Because without any of them, I wouldn’t have reached here. ❤️❤️

I still remember when I turned 35, sitting with a cake in front of me and asking myself — What am I really celebrating?

That day, I made a decision — I will no longer just celebrate my birth, but my rebirth every year.

Having no clue how, but super clear that I will somehow.

And I started..

One step at a time...

And today, my rebirth looks like a mission.

A mission to help every woman rediscover herself.

To remind her that life is not meant to be passed by, but to be lived fully.

That we are not just here to keep “becoming” — but also to “unbecome.”

To shed the false layers, the masks, the doubts — and rise in our truest self.

Today I want every woman to celebrate…

Celebrate progress
Celebrate courage
Celebrate grabbing of opportunities
Celebrate your fierceness
Celebrate your power
Celebrate your love
