A celebration of inquiry, exploration, and global learning at BIS.
Our Early Years learners recently showcased months of curiosity, creativity, and meaningful inquiry through their vibrant ELT Gallery Walks, presenting their learning journeys across the continents. LKG students explored Africa and North America; Pre-Primary learners discovered Asia and Australia; and UKG learners journeyed through Antarctica, South America, and Europe through hands-on experiences, storytelling, collaborative projects, art, music, food, research, and interactive activities.
Guided by Kath Murdoch’s Inquiry Cycle, students engaged in the stages of Tuning In, Finding Out, Sorting Out, Going Further, Making Connections, and Taking Action, building confidence, communication, curiosity, and a deeper understanding of the world around them.
A meaningful highlight across all grade levels was the integration of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), encouraging learners to reflect on how small actions can positively impact communities and the environment.
It was truly inspiring to see our young learners confidently guide parents and peers through their displays, sharing their discoveries and reflections with enthusiasm and pride.

Spreading kindness, one step at a time.
Our Peer Support Ambassadors recently organized their first initiative for Middle and High School students during the lunch break. The initiative aimed to spread positivity, offer encouragement, and remind students of the importance of supporting one another as a community.
Students picked up positive affirmation slips to brighten their day, while many also took the opportunity to write gratitude cards for their peers, sharing kind words and appreciation.
Through these small yet meaningful gestures, our students helped create a supportive and welcoming environment for one another.
Moments like these highlight the importance of empathy, connection, and student leadership in building a caring school culture.

From 4th to 6th May, our Grade 1-3 Inter-Class Football Tournament brought three exciting days of energy, teamwork, and unforgettable moments to the field.
From confident dribbles and last-minute goals to cheering sidelines and proud celebrations, our young footballers showcased resilience, sportsmanship, and a true love for the game. While some teams lifted trophies, every student walked away having learned the value of courage, effort, and teamwork.
A wonderful celebration of sport, spirit, and student participation at BIS.

On 24th April, our Learning Center students took to the stage with confidence and pride at their Theatre Showcase, performing for their parents.
Through three meaningful stories, they beautifully reflected the values of hard work, kindness, perseverance, and finding joy in the little things. Their stage presence, expression, and delivery made each performance truly memorable and deeply moving.
A heartfelt thank you to our Performing Arts team for their guidance and support in bringing these stories to life.
