Namaste Vaniyites, Down the memory lane, May 29, 1978 the foundation stone of our very own first building was laid by two magnanimous son's of Karnataka, then Loksabha speaker KS Hegde (father of Lokayukta Justice Santosh Hegde) and Justice Rama Jois.

Since founding in 1966, our schools functioned in two rental homes 401 and 402 situated in First N Block aka Kethamaranahalli, Bengaluru. Thus began our humble roots of tradition, values and our proud heritage became indelibly etched into our bedrock that has today spawned into four campuses of learning and still growing.

Today we cherish and recognize all the parents, teaching and non-teaching staff and several well wishers of Sri Vani and most celebrated of all - "Students," - we salute YOU! We are publishing three photos from our archives of nostalgia. Enjoy!

Thank you from your Alma Mater for your continuous support and feedback. Your valued involvement in taking your institution to heights is commendable. Did you know Sri Vani PU and Degree college in Magadi Road could benefit from your references? Our bedrock values continue in our efforts to have a no compromise Academic Quality. True, most intelligent and value minded parents are seeking Sri Vani as ever.

Our annual school day for the entire Sri Vani is held on Dec 19 - 21 at Central College auditorium. Please participate and witness the contribution of your fellow mates who are driving this event. You could help your Alma Mater by referring passionate teachers and graduate faculty interested to make a difference one student at a time. You know someone that can add value like Mrs. PB Lakshmi who is currently providing Career guidance and counseling the needy students. Many of our retired faculty are pitching in and making a difference. Join in!

Namaste Sri Vani Education Center (SVEC) Alumni:

Through out history, great institutions are found on noble intent of its founder and this so true of SVEC Founder Sri R.S. Hanumantha Rao, whose dream came into existence in March 1966, and will continue for years ahead.

Thanks to your parents who invested their trust in SVEC. Down memory lane, many individuals, teaching staff have contributed to your success in your chosen career.

Responsible alumni preserve and protect the sanctity of Sri Vani for the benefit of the posterity and generations to come.

SVEC management has recently learned that a few retired former staff of SVEC who served and benefited from Sri Vani are now engaged in divisive activities promoting their hidden agenda in the name of SVEC Alumni activities hosted outside Sri Vani.

A few misdirected alumni have engaged in covert ways to rally support of innocent alumni. Sheer insecure disposition and actions of those retired staff is hyocritical at best, while benefiting from Sri Vani to better their career and now busy misrepresenting SVEC at best.

Is this a signature of a real “Guru,” using SVEC platform to mislead SVEC alumni to benefit their coffers.

SVEC has no role nor has it approved any alumni meet with such divisive interests outside its campus. Do you need facts, please stop by our corporate office during business hours.

SVEC alumni are always welcome at your alma mater. Do the right thing and let your values guide you. Be the right role model and shy away from being a rolling model.

Institution is paramount than any individual. Thousands have graduated from SVEC and thousands more will into the future.

SVEC has done our part, now do yours. Spread the good word, SVEC has nothing to hide.

Thank you for the magnanimous kind wishes. It was nice to see you attend the thunderous celebration in person and livestream. This celebration is particularly dedicated to all those great souls who meditated on the idea of establishing Sri Vani, the initiators, the pioneer teachers and the humble parents who enrolled their children with trust and faith in Sri Vani’s in 1966 and continue to do so.

After half a century, like minded contribute to the live pulse of Sri Vani and as Dr. Gururaj Karjigi's words, "for the next 100, 500 and 1000 years." Why not? A graceful edict indeed that keeps us in momentum to keep marching past each milestone. Everything in this life has a purpose both predestined and those that we create by our righteousness in thought, speech and action.

I am glad you are part of this sojourn along with me and our great team.
